This journey is designed for high-functioning, heart-heavy women who feel stuck—despite all the work they’ve done, or are doing.

What can I expect in a 1:1 session?
In each session, we’ll explore what’s present for you—emotionally, physically, and energetically and set an intention. Using somatic breathwork, intuitive coaching, and creative healing practices, we’ll gently uncover what your body is holding and what it’s ready to release.
You’ll be guided through a trauma-informed process rooted in my BECOME Method—blending mindfulness, awareness, nurturing movement, and creative expression to help you regulate, reconnect, and reimagine what’s possible. Sessions are completely tailored to your unique journey.
You’ll leave each session feeling more grounded, clear, and connected—with tangible tools you can return to anytime for nervous system support, stress relief, and soul nourishment.
I’m not sure I can commit to 3 months—what if I need something shorter?

The 3-month container provides the consistency, accountability, and partnership needed to create sustainable transformation. Do I need to have experience with breathwork?
Not at all! Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced in breathwork, my sessions are tailored to meet you where you’re at. I'll guide you every step of the way, and you’ll quickly find your rhythm as we go along.

The best way to get started is to book a Discovery Call. This allows us to talk about your needs, what’s been going on for you, and how I can support you on your journey. From there, you’ll decide if we’re a good fit and how best to move forward.
