We were never meant to do motherhood alone.

And yet, so many of us are carrying more than anyone realizes.

Moms Becoming™ is a weekly virtual gathering where mothers can receive the care, connection, and support they so often give to everyone else.

Through breathwork, somatic healing, and community, we nurture the woman behind the mother.

A place to exhale. To put some of it down. To reconnect with yourself and feel supported, exactly as you are.

And when you feel more nourished and
supported, that care naturally ripples in
to how you show up for yourself, your
children, and your family.

Why I Created Moms Becoming™

I became a mom almost 20 years ago when my daughter was born extremely premature and spent four months in the NICU. Motherhood didn't begin the way I expected, and it hasn't followed a predictable path since.

I've been the mom of a medically complex little girl. The stay-at-home mom. The advocate, caretaker, worried mom, isolated mom and burned-out mom. I've navigated my child's health challenges alongside my own. And now I'm learning an entirely new version of motherhood as my daughter becomes an adult.

Becoming a mother also deepened my commitment to healing my own wounds and breaking generational patterns. I've learned that what we carry from our own experiences can shape how we show up for our children, often in ways we don't even realize. And that the healing we do for ourselves can ripple through our families in powerful ways.

Our kids grow and change. We grow and change. AND - we are allowed to need and receive support along this helluva journey.

And while every mother's story is different, I believe we share a common need: to feel seen, supported, and cared for, too.

We don't need another place telling us how to mother.
We need a place to land.

A space where you don't have to have it together. Where you can show up exactly as you are, connect with other moms, breathe, receive support, and put some of it down.

Come exhale with me, mama…

What Happens Inside Moms Becoming™?

First, you don't have to come here and do more work. This is your space to receive.

Each week, we'll begin with connection and honest conversation, followed by guided breathwork and somatic practices to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and feel more grounded and supported.

Some weeks, I'll weave in meditation, gentle movement, journaling, or teachings around self-compassion, healing, and navigating life's challenges.

Sharing is optional. Some weeks you may want to talk. Other weeks, you may simply want to listen and breathe.

Both are welcome.

Just come as you are.

A Little Space Each Week Can Make a Big Difference

Imagine having one hour each week that's just for you.

A chance to exhale, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through breathwork, meditation, and somatic healing.

These practices can offer real benefits beyond the session, including:

  • Better sleep and deeper relaxation

  • Reduced stress and improved emotional well-being

  • Support for healthy blood pressure

  • Greater calm, resilience, and ability to navigate life's challenges

  • More space for joy, connection, and feeling like yourself again

And there's something powerful about doing this alongside other mothers. Feeling seen, understood, and supported reminds us that we don't have to navigate everything alone.

No homework. No expectations. Just come as you are.
